As of now, I am teaching Beginner Yoga Classes at a local gym, & I just recently started working on my online presence. My long term goal is having an online platform, so that I am able to reach out to more beginner yogi's. =)
Yoga and meditation gave me a way to reconnect with my true self, slow down and take joy in the present moment. I look forward to sharing this experience with you. 🙏🏻

Yoga is a Perfect combination of using your core & working on flexibility, mind, body & spirit. I will be leading you, as a class, into an hour Gentle Hatha class. All levels welcome.Classes will change based on student level. ♥️ You will leave feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.

About Me
Thank You so much for joining me! I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Also certified in Meditation, Yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, Yin Yoga, and will be growing more and more over time. I am truly so excited to have just started teaching & sharing my knowledge to my local town & now online too! I taught myself yoga years ago and just fell in love with the way it has helped transform me.
My goal is to Educate & Inspire others to transform their mind, body & spirit through Fitness and Yoga.
